Policies
A patch test is required 24hrs before eyelash tints, lifts and extensions, plus appointments with Microblading and the Plasma Pen.
Patch testing for IPL treatments is required 7 days prior to appointment.
Please be sure to remove any contact lenses before any eye treatment.
Cancellations
We would greatly appreciate 24 hours notice for cancellations or moved appointment times, otherwise a charge of 50% will be incurred. 100% will be charged for appointments missed entirely.
